"I sent the cards to my brother-in-law who is currently living in the UK. He was recently diagnosed with leukemia and almost died after receiving his second chemo treatment. I talked to him on the phone not long ago and he says these cards have been an incredibly inspiring part of his life lately. He makes time to pray each morning, takes a card, and reads the message, which is always uplifting. It helps him cope with various difficulties throughout the day. He has shared these cards with the pastor at the church he goes to and the pastor is very impressed with them.
The doctors have told my brother-in-law that because he wasn't able to complete the full treatment, i.e. 5 chemo sessions, he is more susceptible to getting other forms of cancer, but so far things have been wonderful for him and he is free of cancer. He believes that his daily connection with God is responsible for that and he is grateful the cards have helped him make the connection."
